Shipping
We offer free shipping above order value Rs. 999/- all over India. Normally it takes 2 to 5 days to deliver your order based on your location. But please note that our delivery guy will make only 3 attempt to deliver your order to you. In case you are not available to collect the order even after 3 attempt, the order will come back to our warehouse. If it is a paid order, we will give you full refund, but we won’t deliver your order after making 3 attempt.
Please also note, Aferando Fashion reserve the right to not to deliver a order if we believe address is not secured or the address is not reachable. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as we can.
Return/Refund
We stand by the product we make. Our products are not only world class quality but we also do 3 round of quality check before shipping your order . We also make sure that our products don’t get damaged due to shipment . But if you have received a product with manufacturing defect then please drop us a mail at support@aferando.com within 2 days of delivery. Our customer care executive will get back to you within 24 hours and we will give you full refund. Please note that, we don’t accept return or refund request for any other reason.
Order Cancellation
We don’t accept order cancellation request after shipping. In case you want to cancel your order, please drop us a mail at support@aferando.com. If your order is not shipped yet, we will cancel your order for you.
